There are <strong>three forms of malnutrition<\/strong> in the world: by <strong>excess<\/strong>, which is when we eat too much; by <strong>deficiency<\/strong>, when we eat too little; and by <strong>deficiency<\/strong>, when we eat poorly, taking in too few micronutrients.
